Know your needs! Do you really know what you need? What is the difference between what you want and what you need? We aren’t talking about survival needs. What are you physical needs? Are you eating right? Are you sleeping enough? Are you getting enough exercise and fresh air? Share in the comments how you are doing with your physical needs.

Many people shut off their feelings at home, at work, after work. We have a culture of numbing out. Some ways of numbing out are watching television, drinking, drugs.
It’s ok to cry. It’s ok to feel your feelings.
Your feelings will tell you what your NEEDS are, and you will find out what is important to you. Your feelings guide you.
Whats going on in your mind?
You have psychological needs. If your mind is noisy, you will feel out of control. Perhaps, shutting down that noisy, critical voice.
How will you take care of your psychological needs?
Know Your Needs. Spiritual needs are about connection and following your intuition.
Experiencing forgiveness and being open to receive.
What are your spiritual needs? Will you meditate? Sit in the woods? What will you do today for your spiritual well being?
- How often do you check in with yourself to find out what you need?
- Do you let your emotions come out?
- Are you listening to what your noisy mind is trying to tell you?
- What do you need right now?
Did you have a smother mother, or is your way of interacting in the world F(*& you guys, I’ve got this. If you had a smother mother, you probably don’t know your needs, so it’s really important for you to check in and discover them for yourself. If you had an absent parent, you probably figured out how to do it on your own and you may NEED to be open to connecting to others.

- Physical touch
- Spending quality time
- Acts of Service
- Giving and receiving gifts
Do you ask for what you need from others? Once you know what you need, it’s important to ask. No one can read your mind! People want to make you happy, so let them by telling them!
