What to Do When Your Relationship Sucks …
We allow ourselves to be treated badly. We stay in situations that are unhealthy As children, many of us grew up in families where one parent did something abusive to another family member.
The other adult in the household didn’t have self-love, or know how to stand up for, or protect the others.
We learn that this is love.
It is NOT love.
It is a lack of love.
It is operating life out of FEAR, insecurity and shame.
- Today, try being the one who appreciates YOU.
- Find GRATITUDE in EVERYTHING you do.
- Even folding his laundry, or doing her dishes, or throwing away his beer bottle.
If you can’t find gratitude, then it’s time to find the courage to love yourself enough to take care of yourself. And not stand idly by while someone in the house gets abused, and this time it’s you.
Loving yourself will never happen from reading this information. You must put it into practice. Start now by declaring what you will do TODAY to love yourself. What are your self-love goals TODAY? .
